I am delighted to announce leadership changes at Insightful Exchange that mark the beginning of a new chapter for the company. Effective May 2024, I will be transitioning from the role of Managing Director to become a strategic advisor and focus on the delivery of Therapeutic Coaching to clients, I will remain a Director of the company.
John Monahan will be stepping into the Managing Director role. John joined Insightful Exchange four years ago from the NHS Leadership Academy and has been instrumental in developing the business. He has a passion for leadership development and coaching to support transformational change and will continue supporting our talented team of associates in client engagement.
It has been my greatest pleasure to lead Insightful Exchange for the last 16 years. After a career in the NHS and as a HR Director, I have truly enjoyed every opportunity to work with John, our clients and associates. In recent years I have developed a Therapeutic Coaching model that I am excited to bring to clients. This is the ideal time to refocus my time and effort to where my passion is. I look forward to continuing to be part of Insightful Exchange in my new capacity, coaching clients as well as enjoying additional opportunities to develop my hobbies and travel.
